my idol

My super idol, Tuan Hj M Rajoli has been watched by millions on television for his superb acting in just any characters whom he had done very well.
Last friday my friends and i had gone to visit Tuan Hj who had stayed next to our apartment. It was great to meet him, he gave us a big smile and such warmth we felt.
I am supposed to publish this post earlier than the one i did recently but i was touch with such emotion that i have to put it aside until i am ready.
As millions know that Tuan Hj M Rajoli has had an operation and is recovering at home. He is indeed responding well to our questions when asked and answered his wife spontaniously.
When we arrived he was about to have dinner and yes he has a big appetite. His menu for dinner was crab and ayam kampung masak kicap. His wife, Shima fed him so lovingly. Such a responsible family he has. One would feel good to see your idol is really being taken care of.
We were told that a close friend of Tuan Hj has volunteered to 'urut' his feet. A reflexlogy i should say. The family said he had improved and indeed i can see that he can pronouns better.
Our prayers is for him to recover well and get up on his feet again and be in the big screen. I am sure the day will come real soon.
As in this picture, he gave us a real BIG smile when i snap his foto.
He could even lifted up his right and left hand when asked. Seemed a good recovery and better we hope as days goes by.
We couldn't stop laughing when we recalled a few of his movies which he had acted. And we hope to have him back in the screen.
We hope he gets better in a flash and my prayers for him to recover super fast. Amin.

frens

By chance that i and my two friends went out to do grocery shopping yesterday but end up at a song box. One would wonder what is a song box? To me, those days when i was younger, song box is a music machine where you insert a coin and you can enjoy the songs you picked. This song box i meant is a karaoke place. Suit its name and it is a room accommodating with all the karaoke accessories. Really cool. It comes with many rooms to accommodate how many friends you bring. I am sure my children would have been these places it is just that i am behind time. Hehee.

We were joyfully walking and exploring Jaya Jusco AU2 when we came across this particular new shop and only to find out that it is a karaoke place. Our friend Zek was over excited as she loves karaokeing. The girls whom had been explaining to us the new place were really nice and before you know it, Zek had sholved all of us in to book a room. For rm15 per person you get 1 food, 1 drink and sing for 2 hours. We booked a room and ordered our foods and drinks and picked our songs. Zek was all excited all the way until the end. heheee.

I was thinking, if she had changed her outfit and sang a rocky song, she could ROCK!. Fantastically she can sing. Obviously she loves singing.

Not that we could become singers but i just felt karaokeing is also part of releasing your stress. Zek and Selmah had urged me to sing ... i have not sang for ages and of course i am very shy as their voices are far much better pitching then mine.

After a while, with one laughed after another i joined them. Aiman, Selmah's son can sing too. Ooh how wonderful. There were some songs i couldnt follow but i salute them, they are fantastically great to know all the the lyrics so well.

We laughed each time we missed the lyrics or went out of tune.... but we had fun.

We sang half the song and keep skipping to the next one as time was almost to the end. It was funny and we promised to come back to do another new tracks of the songs.

We can't extend anyway as we had not done our grocery shopping. I am sure Zek will love to come back and belting out her favorite dangduts.

We assured Zek, that we would come back end of the month and bring more friends this time to sing along with.

Obviously they will be our spouses and it will be outrages. I could imagine..

We left song box to do our groceries. Saying goodbyes to the staffs and we chatterly and laughing at each other with the songs we had karaoked. Zek looked satisfied.

I must say it is not a bad idea to release your stress and am sure it will be good for the karaoke fanatics to frequent song box.

hobby

I have been with this hobby of mine doing fabric paintings since last year but recently has abrubtly left unattended as i have been busy at the office. I am back. I sold a few last year and i felt good. Some pocket money and it helps.

I have these unframe ones which i had done earlier and left aside due to workload and i have put my hand on recently and hope to get them framed this weekend. Once framed, then i can sell them.
Well, have to have the mood to paint, no doubt it is time consuming, the results is tremendously great. It is interesting and i felt very good with the results. I love the birds, well there are requests for flowers and all sorts. Depending on the situation and i try my very best to have a mix of all.

It will be good if the day is sunny, as i can finished at least 2 frames. First, i got the mood to paint, second the weather which help to make the paint dry faster.

Lovely!

Now that everyone are experiencing the recessions and so am I. I told myself to get on with my hobby and sell to get an extra income.

I am sure i can make it.

These tea pots below are my favorite. And the easiest to paint. Just mix and match.

Some of these had been sold but frens need a few more of the same ones to give away for x'mas and other gifts. Sounds great and I do paint some for special gift to frens too. In fact, it do a great gifts.
My husband loves these lovely flowers below. It can come in 3s left, middle and right. These are the second sets.
I find it abit old fashion but then again it is soothing.

Birds are just a 'go' with me. They comes in unique and interesting shapes. Cute should i say.

Below are the ones i did for my home. Birds of course!
Very nice when they are framed. Indeed they are.
I am looking forward to do full time. Perhaps when I retire.
That's just round the corner. hehehe.
